We understand that circumstances change — and we want to make your return process simple and fair. That’s why Hypnella offers a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee on all eligible physical products purchased directly from www.hypnella.com.


30-Day Return Policy

You may return your order and receive a refund, exchange, or store credit within 30 days of receiving the product, if:

  • (a) The item arrived damaged or with contaminated packaging

  • (b) The item is defective or malfunctioning

  • (c) You received a wrong item

  • (d) You simply changed your mind

❗ This return policy applies only to products purchased via Hypnella.com. If you purchased through another reseller or marketplace, please refer to that seller’s return policy.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping is non-refundable

  • Please use trackable shipping — untracked packages may be refused


How to Return an Item

Step 1 – Contact our Customer Support within 30 days
Fill in our Contact Form and provide:

  • Full name

  • Email address

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

Step 2 – Receive RMA and return address
If your request meets our terms, you’ll receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form and instructions.

📌 Returns will only be accepted if the RMA form is included. Unauthorized returns cannot be processed.

Step 3 – Repack and ship
Securely repack the product in its original packaging. Attach the RMA form visibly to the outside of the package.
Products must be in manufacturer's condition to qualify for a refund. For defective items, please notify support first.

Step 4 – Provide tracking
Complete the RMA form with the carrier name and tracking number. Returns without tracking information may be refused.

Step 5 – Refund processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund within 14 days. Refunds are processed to your original payment method and may take 3–5 business days to appear on your bank statement.


Exchanges & Store Credit

If you’d prefer a replacement product or store credit instead of a refund, please mention this in your return request — we’ll do our best to accommodate.


Please Note:

  • Non-standard delivery charges (e.g. express or priority) are not refundable

  • Unauthorized returns or items not in original condition may be refused or refunded partially
